With state of the art technology, our professionals can service low, mid, and high-rise buildings. Modern Window Cleaning is well equipped for high-rise structures. Our robotic high-rise window cleaning machine is the first of its kind in West Michigan.

Are you licensed and insured?

Any Modern Window Cleaning service is licensed and insured. We are certified by the International Window Cleaners Association. We are also members of the National Environmental Health Association, the American Society for Healthcare and Environmental Services, the International Facility Management Association.

Do your workers undergo background checks?

All commercial window cleaning workers are pre-screened and must pass a criminal background check. They are also subject to random drug tests and trained to adhere to all OSHA standards and strict safety procedures.

What geographical areas do you service?

Our commercial window cleaning team services the communities of West and Central Michigan including the cities of Battle Creek, Grand Haven, Grand Rapids, Greenville, Holland, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Muskegon, and South Haven. For larger projects, we service most of Michigan’s lower peninsula.

Our technicians tend to stay with us long-term. Regardless, all of our cleaning technicians are pre-screened, thoroughly trained, certified, and highly experienced.
